Probably the fan relay if there is NO FAN BLOWING AT ALL.
Firstly, disconnect your battery.
Left side foot well remove the access panel over Fuse Block - J/B (cabin fuse panel).
Remove the left foot rest (lift it straight up it stabs onto a little stud iirc, no screws or anything to hold it down).
Next remove the entire plastic kick panel that the access cover snaps into, held down with a couple screws but you need to loosen the door kick panel (INFINITI words printed on it at the door jamb) in order to remove the whole thing.
Now you have access to Fuse Block - J/B, it's held in place with two 10mm nuts I think, remove them so you can get to the BACK SIDE of the fuse block.
There are two BLUE Nissan relays, look in the attached picture to see which one is the fan relay, to verify the relay is bad just swap the two relays, hook up the battery, see if the fan works. If so then disconnect the battery again, replace the malfunctioning relay.
Curiously enough Autozone carries the exact OEM Nissan relay you need. Take the old one down so you can compare to make sure it's the same pin configuration.
Same thing happened to mine. Bought a relay a year ago and it got fixed (kinda). Now, the blower randomly turns off, than it'll turn back on. Can this be a bad relay? I also replaced the blower recently. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
That's exactly the symptoms I had when my relay went bad. There are multiple of that same relay on the back of Fuse Block - J/B so you can swap them to verify it "fixes" the problem. Just he aware you will have other components intermittently malfunctioning if you do have a bad relay.
