Hey guys, I'm looking to fix up a few little nicks/scratches on my rims, mostly because I can't get a place to colour match and powder coat the rims for under $1000. Does anyone know of a paint touch-up pen or something like that that would be a close match?

The rims are these 19" OEM rims (hyper silver finish, I believe) :

By the way, who balanced your wheels? No reputable place would place the weights on the outside of the rim.

 

I just bought the car, they came like that... I'll have to get that fixed.
