Power Steering Problems

So about a week ago my power steering stopped working after I was doing some donuts. I thought that it had just overheated so I let the car cool, but it never came back. The steering is fine as long as I have some speed, but at a stand still or deceleration, the steering is extremely stiff. I checked the reservoir and it’s full, so it’s not a leak and it’s not overheating cuz it’s not working even when the car is cold. I read that it could be the pump, rack and pinion, U-Joint etc. I don’t wanna have to pull apart the car and just start replacing things till it works. Has anybody experienced this or know what the issue could be? Thanks
