Sunroof dead

My sunroof is dead, and has been dead since I bought the car. Is it possible there is an easy fix such as a blown fuse? It doesn't make any noise or anything, just completely dead.

Unplug the sunroof motor harness and check for voltage on the pins shown in the FSM.
