Brake fluid recommendation for 2005 6MT

Hi guys,
I need to change the rear brakes on my car (already purchased stock pads) and I also need to change and bleed the brake fluid. I plan to track it maybe once per year and I recall that there were issues with the stock fluid due to its low boiling point.

Any specific recommendations for this use-case? I'd prefer to avoid paying for any unusually-high priced "boutique" brand-names... just want something that will work as it should with perhaps some additional temp margin. Thanks!

ps: If there are any tricks to doing a manual brake fluid bleed I'd also appreciate any recommendations. I do not have any of the special bleed tools.

I've been using the RoadStr app for some local drive events. Steep canyon roads + spirited driving on stock '04 sedan brakes = boiled my brakes a few weeks ago on a night run through some canyons. Our group stops at the bottom of that particular road to gather everyone up and my pedal went almost to the floor! I bled in Stoptech STR600 in with some help from my buddy; didn't touch the pads or rotors. Driving the same road during the daytime after the fresh fluid, the brake pedal got just a little soft, though still retained good braking response. Very happy! Might try STR660 when I upgrade my front calipers and all rotors to '05/06 spec.

I found that article where MotorTrend crashed the Nissan Z due to apparently the brake fluid boiling. They switched to ATE Super Blue which has a temp rating of 500+F.

ONLY use DOT3 fluid. That's pretty much the most important thing.

I prefer Valvoline synthetic.
