When I had my exhaust and tranny off last time I used a small deadblow mallet and went through all those chassis heat shields and lightly hammered them flatter because they were doing the same thing. One of the perks of an aftermarket exhaust system is you don't have ANY of those pipe heat shields which eliminates about 75% of all the potential rattles.
