My drivers side window Doesn't completely go up and seal properly when I shut the door. Was wondering if there was a way to realign the window maybe? seems like its slightly tilted to the left leaving space at the top for water to trickle in.

Check section GW-Glass/Windows in the FSM. It has steps on adjusting the angle of pinch.

Sounds like you might have a bolt missing on the regulator bracket though.
