I would also ring out continuity on the MAF sensor harness to make sure it's got power where it should and that the rest go back to the ECM without shorting out. Here is the diagram for the MAF and IAT (it's all one unit, 3 wires for the MAF 2 for the IAT).
Here is the one-line for the OBD2 connector. The connector itself is that harness M8, layout is at the bottom of the picture, very pins 4 and 5 have continuity to ground, pins 8 and 16 should have 12v with the ignition on. Verify the circuit to the ECM by disconnecting the ECM and checking continuity between pin 7 on the OBD2 connector to pin 85 on the ECM harness, purple wire.
If all the pins check out and you still cannot communicate with the ECM then it's almost definitely a bad ECM.
I would put the original IPDM back in though since it WAS working (sort of) with that IPDM.
Thanks Bro, the diagrams will definitely help. I did reinstall the original ipdm and still no communication, I will check the continuity from the OBD2 Connector to the ECM Connector as you recommended. I will also check continuity on the MAF sensor. I also ordered a ECM just incase, so will keep you guys updated.

Ok Guys, finally got my car up and running. After switching MAF Sensor, IPDM, going through all wiring harness etc etc etc and nothing worked so I put back all my original parts. I decided to just purchase a used ECM from ebay because that was the only thing left to replace. Even though a shop down here in Florida called Auto Computer Specialist tested my ECM and told me they did get communication and that the ECM was good. So I still went ahead and replace the ECM and got my friend to use his Autel 608 to reprogram the Key and that was it, Car started up and running perfect, didn't even have to do any throttle relearn or anything else.
This was a very weird issue because all I did was remove the battery for around 2 hours to get a replacement one. Afterwards the car would just start and turned back off. My actron scanner was getting communication but no fault codes. While my friend Autel was not getting any communication, and the Auto Computer Specialist shop said they got communication and the computer was good. So after checking everything I could only narrow it down to a Bad ECM which turns out was the problem all along. So hopefully this does help somebody.
And thanks to all the guys that replied to my Thread, really Appreciate it.
