the issue i知 having is whenever i知 at WOT, or about 3/4 of the pedal is pressed the car stats jerking and hesitating like it is hitting a rev limiter. it has not thrown any codes yet, but are there any ideas on what it could be that is causing the issue?

However most engine troubleshooting starts with pulling the plugs and inspecting so I'd just do that rather than spending time making a video. Look for oil in the spark plug tube well, burning/scorching on the coil packs, wear on the plugs.
