Complete cat-back exhaust?
Complete cat-back exhaust?
Will these parts completely do my whole exhaust from the cats or am I missing something?
Also is this a good setup or could I do better for a similar price?
Thank you for your input.

Yes those will work but no guarantee on rasp or drone.
With exhaust systems you really do get what you pay for. Personally if you wanted it a big louder than stock I would get resonated HFC's, HR headers, HR y pipe (need HR RHFC's for the HR headers), then have a local exhaust shop fab up the muffler.
Unless you are going with a true dual exhaust there's no real power gains to be made from the cat back.
HFC's or test pipes will net you like 10whp since they are fairly restrictive, true dual will get you another 10-12whp. Basically you do the exhaust mods for the SOUND IT MAKES.
If you want whp gains you should be looking at the vortech SC kit. Even at it's most mild it's still a far more potent mod than any intake/exhaust mod will be. Full intake, exhaust with headers, and tune you'll hit maybe 280whp, full bolt ons (same plus cams) is around 300whp. Vortech SC on a stock engine no other mods is like 350whp, with supporting mods you will be limited by your connecting rods at 400whp.
Intake/exhaust/tune (quality components) is around $3k, if full bolt on (cams) add another $1500.
Vortech SC is about $5500.
Before pulling the trigger on those parts you should go to your local reputable muffler shop and get a quote from them on a custom cat-back dual. Probably cost you about $800 or so. Just have them add flanges in all the factory-ish locations so it can be removed like stock.
