Hi all. Happy to see g35 owmers forums

I'm looking for a used 05 or 06 g35 coupe

I went to see one today its only 130k kms 05 g35 coupe for $7500CAD
i really like it but it's check engine light is on, and the engine bay area under the plastic cover has oil bleed marks.
made a sort video clip of the ticking sound and noisy belt.

the seller said the engine light is on because of the driver side window door motor not working. You can bring a mechanic to check it out if you worried. It's nothing serious.
He's recently replaced the fuel pump.

the glove box is broken.
driver side windowndoesn't roll down.
no body damage
Check engine light on

Window motors will not throw a CEL, take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection as well as finding out what code it's throwing. Window motor is the usual culprit when it won't roll up/down, easy replacement but you can check to make sure it's actually the motor by unplugging the motor harness and testing for voltage when you press the up/down button.

Engine sounds pretty normal, might need new belt tensioner pulleys due to maybe a little squeaky sound.

Pretty low mileage, but I would definitely take it to a mechanic for an inspection. It could be nothing serious, but like cleric said, it wont be a window motor.

You can get a BAFX BLUETOOTH OBD2 Connector on Amazon, then load the Torque Pro app on your phone and do an initial read yourself on every car you look at, this one and all others going forward.

I keep one of those adapters in each of my cars' glove box.

Me too..except for the Audi, which requires the Ross Tech VCDS SW, adapter and a win10 LT just to get her to talk to me....as you probably know.

Wow no I didn't know that, rarely work on Audi and it's usually older ones like 90's era.
