Lumpy Engine sound

I have no check light on, nor does my idle jump. But when sitting in my car during a light ect I feel a weird lumpyness from my engine. I know that's not a lot of info since it's something you'd have to here to experience and understand but if anyone has had this happen I would like some input because honestly it makes me think my engine can die at anytime even tho I take care of it 😢

Lumpy is a very odd description. Like...oatmeal?...milk..? Not sure I understand.

@Gdirty Lol nothing like Oatmeal but like PlenumCoupe said its hard to describe unless your actually there to feel it. It pretty much feels like a odd miss fire or something. While driving the engine is perfectly fine...

@Eric Ok Ill drive up my ramps later and give it look

Mine had this until I did a throttle body and induction system cleaning with seafoam. Now she idles real smooth. Did the induction cleaning twice a few days apart. Its on YouTube under g35 seafoam. Well worth the few bucks. Do it today and report back
