2004 infiniti g35 coupe grinding sound

Whenever i start driving there is always a single grinding noise that sounds like it comes from the driver side front wheel. Like it's a every morning thing, i move maybe 50 feet then grind then nothing else will happen for the rest of the drive. It's been happening every since I bought the car and I recently changed the caliper and brake pad in the front for that reason but it still happens. I heard it could be the abs self check but I am not sure.

If it sounds something like noisy or knobby tires, it could be the front wheel bearings.

Yep it's the motor on the ABS valve block, turns on for about 1/2 a second the first time you hit 10mph. It's one of those things that's hard to unsee once you are aware of it
