Window gap

There is a gap in my window that causes a lot of wind noise at high speeds. The gap isn’t where you typically would see it. It’s located on the side of the “door glass run”. When the windows are fully up, I can almost slip my fingers through the gap to reach outside. I did do some research about adjustment but I’m not sure which bolts I would need to adjust for the windows to be adjusted horizontally.
