So my 2004 Coupe I bought as a project also has a 3 part issue: All windows don't work and Moonroof as well.

Drivers side makes no noise at all
Passenger side can be heard a relay clicking noise
Moonroof, no noise or attempted motion, dead.

Are there several fuses for these items to check?
And is there a comfort module that handles all these functions routed thru it?

Does this car have any auto roll up or down features on them by switch or remote? That part is not a deal breaker, but feels luxurious.

BTW, I found out what was wrong with the engine- It threw a rod right thru the drivers side of the lower crankshaft cradle. PO must have done something stupid cause its just got an Ingen Intake and full exhaust on it, not enough to generally cause that kind of mayhem. Ordered a 75k mile complete engine with warranty. Thanks for all the previous replies!

 

Here's a link to the FSM, section GW - Glass/Windows will have the schematics for the power window/sunroof stuff.

You can toss a rod for a few different reasons, doesn't have to be just from too much power.

Next I would like to hear from people who very similar problems and what they found, That way I don't have to reverse engineer the whole system and can start from some common problematic points and checks, Most of the time its something common.

I forgot to mention that it does not do the roll down 1/2" and up feature when the door opens or closes either.

 

Since the whole system is non-functional I'd be looking for a blown fuse, probably fuse 1 or 18 in the cabin Fuse Block - J/B
