Pretty new to this forum and not sure on exactly how to navigate it lol I hope I’m in the right place. Anyways I know it’s been spoken about many times but I’ve been having a headache with this light. I’ve tried generic resistors, Recaro brand resistors, reset procedure, as well as letting the capacitors drain before trying these methods. Still I cannot seem to get the airbag light off I don’t know why btw it’s a 06 coupe 6mt with the power leather seats and sports suspension. Please let me know what you think!
It's called the "occupant classification sensor" it's embedded in the seat, if you dig it out and plug it in that should be good enough. Follow those 3 wires in the SRS schematic, green, yellow/red stripe, orange. It will be a 3 wire harness on the seat.
His diagram specifically shows Green, Yellow with seed, and Orange. Look for a 3 wire plug that isn’t plugged in down there, and that is where your resistor goes.
