Please help with diagnosis

Whines from 3-4K rpm in 1st 2nd and 3rd while on the accelerator
g35 2006 rev up

Did you recently install some parts? Sounds like an exhaust leak.

Haven’t installed any wanna get an exhaust soon mine is rusted in some areas kinda bad plus my y pipe has been replaced before I bought it
