Yes they SHOULD have a crush washer, Nissan uses those copper looking ones, Toyota uses silver colored ones, so don't just go off of color because they're basically all interchangeable as long as it's the same thread side.
You can also technically just overtighten the drain plug and it usually won't leak, I definitely don't recommend doing it though.
