G35 rev rebuild for $4,750
Hey guys,
I found a shop that is going to charge me about $4,750 to completely rebuild my Rev Up engine. The charge includes the following:
Completely rebuilt VQ35DE Rev Up long block
engine, all completely machined and re-assembled
to stock OEM or better specifications, with new
bearings, new pistons and rings, new timing
components, new gasket kit and hardware, new
water and oil pump, etc
Removal of old engine and installation of rebuilt engine
thoughts on the price?
My current engine consumes a ton of oil, white smoke of the exhaust and valve covers are leaking.

G35 6MT “Brembo Car”
Hard to give feedback on the price when we don’t know what type of components are being used. Could be a great price if it’s all high-quality components, could be a poor price if it’s all eBay parts.

Either OEM or better.
