My throttle body went bad and ordered a new one and installed it today and went and took a ride to feel how the new throttle Body was it was fine but after I Parked and turn off the car took a look at my tire a seen smoke only if you get close you’ll see it not from far away opened the hood and threw water on it and after that I start up and started up fine but took a look at the bottom and seen this 😞😭

Is that coolant? If it is, did you forget to hook your coolant line back up to your throttle body? The smoke can be from coolant getting on your headers just don't get any on your belts.
Also, the FSM recommends you perform the throttle body closed position procedure after disconnecting the throttle body. The idle air volume learning procedure after replacing the throttle body
There are YouTube videos that walk you through it, but I'll leave some pages from the FSM to perform the procedure.
