Im moving to california, north cal, and im taking my infiniti, right now im running some strait pipes. If i want to register the vehicle to drive in california, do i need to get cali compliant cats? also whats a good brand for the cats? Im looking to daily it at first and then rebuild the motor with reforged internals for turbo.

 

If you plan to install a turbo, then your car wont pass smog regardless. So the cats would be the least of your worries lol.

Make some friends, ask around facebook. I’m sure someone has a guy who can “smog” it for u 😁
