hey so recently my car came down with a p1228 and will randomly go into limp mode but if i turn the car off and back on it'll go away briefly

ive been trying to locate potential issues to fix them and happen to notice this wire is disconnected, do I have my culprit? if so where does this connect to?

So I’m 99% this is a ground wire. Not sure where it goes, can’t check my car at the moment but I would try and find the FSM and maybe you can find it there. As to is this the cause of the issue? I’m not sure. I have had issues in the past with bad grounds and maybe this is your solution. Also don’t forget to put that hose clamp back on (top of pic). Best of luck!
