Help with rim/tire issue

Recently my son went with an after market rim and bought new tires ..fronts are 245/45 zr18. And backs are 255/45/zr18..Problem we are having is at higher speeds it feels like he has a loose lug nuts and it feels woobly, like the tire is about to come off..Tires are tight with no play and lug nuts are tight…Had the tires road force balanced and the car aligned and still has the issue …I put his old rim and tires back on and it dosent do it..So that rules out any suspension isssues..I’m really perplexed, was hoping anyone had ANY insight befor I take it in..

What about hub bore diameter? if its not OEM did you use hub centric rings?

May be a long shot, but if its specific to those wheels it may be worth getting a cheap set off amazon or whatever

Thanks for the response,I did not,but at this point I’ll buy some and put them on..Just spent 380 for a mechanic to tell me my tierods were the problem and another alignment needed..Did not fix the issue..
