Need Help Cleaning Rimz

I got the 19" Piaa Super Rozza. The lip which is made of stainless steal has white spots. When I wet it with water it goes away but when it dries they come back. Any tips on how to get rid of it? And any way to remove scratch on the lip.

Thanks.

you might be able to get away with using a 3M made rubbing compound. be advised though, to use very little pressure. your rim is clear coated, so it could be safe. it sounds to me you have waterspots on them. they're a f.uckin pain indeed. just wash them thoroughly with regular car wash then wax and polish them with a reputable brand. i've used the 3M rubbing compound on my car's body, and on my volk wheels to remove crazy waterspots with no problem. just make sure you do it right.

I would first try claybaring it. if that doesn't work, try some Meguiar's ScratchX.
It's a super fine rubbing compound.

Follow Kechan's advice. Do not use anything abrassive on your rims.

You may have success contacting PIAA directly and ask for their advice.

Good luck!
