I wish Murder was Legal!!!!

so i go to the gym today, park my brand new '05 G35c AT (not even 2k miles) in the street in a corner spot, so no one was infront of me... I come back and the rear bumper on the passenger side is ripped off the hinges...
Some F*** A****ole was probably trying to parrallel park in the spot behind me and hit my Fkn car....

Can anyone tell me how much this is going to cost to replace?... the bumper is ripped off the mounts about 8 inches back from the rear pass side wheel well.

You cant have anything nice in NYC.. I swear im moving out of this sh**hole...Ive had enough... People are Scu*bags

Sorry, had to vent to my like minded G peeps.....

Thanks....

I need a cigarette!!!!

sorry to hear, but I would NEVER consider parking my hobby cars in the streets.
You can get it covered under comprehensive on your insurance without increasing
premium (at least statefarm doesn't increase premium) just pay the deductible (hope
it's low).

You're probably looking at a good $1000-$1300 repair job. (new bumper, fix mounts,
paint, etc).

If only you'd seen the guy do it!! Murder at that point might come under the "he needed killin' " law. Luckily it was only the plastic bumper and not the quarter panel.

Yeah, it's a pisser when other people have no respect. I bet everyone here has a "the village idiot hit my car" story that would flake the paint right off your eyeballs.

here's the thing...

this is all bad ( i cant dispute )

but here's something ive been entertaining...

time lapse recording of the rear license plate video cam

the camera is out however still trying to find something that will meet my needs.

throw a camera in the front (inside) , one on the back plate, and one hidden towards the drivers seat.

power consumption plays a role, digital recording as well.

bottom line this would have given enough information to lock the Fker up GUILTY AS CHARGED.

ppp

How long do people go to jail for doing this stuff?

Word on the street was that new law applies.

10-20-LIFE

10 for thinking about keying.

20 For taking your key near the car.

Life for actually keying someone else's car.

Time to visit da durty south!!! It's a little hot here, but you never have to swap winter tires on, rarely any salt on the roads, and housing is cheap as hell down here

BWAHAHAA, hate to be the kill-joy to tell you this, but....

MURDER, by DEFINITION, is the illegal killing of an individual. Therefore, murder can never be legal.

However, killing people can be legal, this is why the death penalty is not murder, it is legally sanctioned. If someone attacks you and you kill them in self defense, you did not murder them, you simply killed them.

Ok, petpeeve killjoy rant over.

Man your situation blows! Go smoke that cig, find the moron who did it, and put it out on his *********!

Speaking of annoying, I have the sneaking suspiscion that someone in my apartment building is letting the air out of my front passenger-side tire. The other day I go to my car, start ignition, and the low tire pressure gauge comes on. I check every tire and pressures are PERFECT. Get to the front passenger tire and I notice the stem-cap is gone and the tire is 100% flat.

Go inside, find a small pump, fill tire with air, and can't hear a leak.

I drive around for a couple days, checking the pressure from time to time, and things are normal.

Go to my car today, start up, and the light comes on again. I look at the tire, 100% flat. F*CK!!!

Fill with air, drive around the block a couple times, check pressure. Everything 100% OK.

That was 6 hours ago, now I am gonna go check the pressure again...

Might stop by the dealer tomorrow to have them check it out, but it really seems like someone is just being an ****.
