I read that but didn't believe it. I would have thought it would be impossible for someone to have graduated highschool in the US and still type/speak "lik dis".

 

It could have been another customer in the lot. Usually the cart boys are smart enough not to hit anyone. You can't pin it on some cart boy because he's the first person you see when you go into the lot. You could see if there is any video tape available from the manager, but at the end of the day you probably will never find out who did it; its best to just get BS like this fixed and move on with life.

 

Spit your case to the manager, ask to see tapes in a professional manner. Show him by lining up the cart as you did and tell him you noticed it as you got out of the store and you know it wasnt there before then (even if you didnt).

If that doesn't work, get someone who really knows this guy to get him to admit it as a way of "being cool" for doing it, then have that person report back to you.

Secondly, if your 21 and still think about street justice, I have no respect for you and you probably deserved it. I know stuff like this pisses us off but what if you were that "poor kid" whos workin for a decent living and get some jacka$$ off the street acusing you of something you didn't do? How would you feel if you lost that job? Most of all, what if someone came to beat your a$$ for something you didn't do? Gotta be logical, and you have no proof. Now go watch your CSI or something while drinkin your brew youngin'.
