Whats the best drop money can buy?

Are you just looking to 'drop' your car or are you really looking for a performance benefit? If it is the former than I say the Flex set-up is well worth it - especially if you decide to go for the EDFC. If you are going for the latter then the basic Tein set-up is probably all you will need.
To be honest, a drop can be accomplished with a good set of springs from a reputable manufacturer (Eibach, HKS, Espelir - depending on the auto). These are usually designed to lower the car and give a performance benefit. A lot of people frown on springs because they don't always set the ride height the same between the front and rear. These people buy coilovers so they can adjust the best looking 'drop.' What they don't realize is that the best looking drop often isn't the best performing one - so they screw up their handling for looks. That's cool - as long as they are consciously making the decision to trade handling for looks (it's their car after all). Just be aware that your drop can affect your performance.
One last thing - After you drop your car make sure you go to a good performance alignment shop and work with them to make sure they set up your rig the way you want it.

I think the Tein Basics are a good choice for you over all. Post some pics and impressions when you get them on.
