something wrong with kbb?

i'm currently looking for a used 04 manual g35 and while trying to figure out prices, i put in the info for 04 manual with 22,000 miles i have seen at a dealer at kbb to see how much it is worth. on kbb it says 30,000 and the seller is actually asking for 29,000. no packages or options. this is fine but oddly when i check the price for a brand new 04 manual g35 at kbb, it shows the msrp to be 33,290 and a recommended new car blue book value of 31,400... is there a mistake or is the g35 actually worth 30,000 even with 22,000 miles on it? something's wrong . btw i know prices vary for many reasons, but i want to use the numbers from kbb because it's the same source and a good point of reference. thx.

Sounds a little off. I know you want to use KBB, but you should really try edmunds TMV.
