Get a lawyer. Now. heh

He'll be able to make up all kinds of crap. Bad road conditions, defective throttle, you name it... long as the state gets a fee, they will overlook the points.

 

If you're under 25 you may want to consider getting a new car while you're at it. Your next insurance premium is gonna deathly unless you can get those points off... Lawyer is a must in these istuations. I had one about 4 years ago and my insurance just last year dropped down to below the $1000 per 6 months range.

I'd like to see 'just a tire spin' that earns 7 points. That cop had to be having a really bad day, or there is more to this tire spin than you're saying.
