Are the any N.Cal tuners/shops which install ATI Prochargers or any SC for that matter. I need a reputable installer who knows how to tune these cars and mainly knows the G35 very well, I have been told that tuning the ATI is the most important thing to do when it comes to mantaining the stock internals, running lean could spell disaster.
Let me know if anyone in the bay area has done this, I know there must be quite a few of you out there.

check with a shop called Subaru Specialists in Sacramento. While they're not specifically a nissan shop, their performance guru / tuner is very skilled and has done a vortech'd 350z and i believe will be tuning a vortech'd G35c.

I work at midnight performance and we have tuned a greddy turbocharged G35. Unfortunately, the person upped his boost and blew the motor. Not the shops fault. We are located in Rancho Cordova and the shop number is 916-852-6887

 

I thought he just mis shifted? Thats what he told me.

 

Well I need to look into both shops and see how good they are, anyone have an idea on a price for installation. I understand it can take around 8 hours but not sure what shops charge per hour or if it is a fixed rate for certain jobs.
Keep them coming as both are in Sac. which is not that bad of a drive for me.

 

What about the Z car garage? Thats who is going to tune mine.

 

Not sure if your the same member, but did you install your SC yourself? I need an installer as well as a tuner so if the Z car garage can do this then great but where are they located?

 

Yes I did do it myself along with a friend. They do it all there. The tunner there has a done a LOT of G's and 350's. When I spoke with him I could tell he knew what he was talking about right off the bat. Im in Sacramento ca. Is the kit new or used?

 

Used for 1000 miles but it comes with all the hardware, a set of PE 380cc injectors, and a rising rate regulator,all I need to buy is the actual return fuel line and associated fittings and a upgraded fuel pump.

 

I heard he turned up the boost, I may be wrong. Either way, not our fault.
