Dealer Quality Control Games
Dealer Quality Control Games
I just found out that Infiniti of Denver changed the prefixes for my phone numbers in the national database and deleted my address. This means that I have not been getting the phone calls or mailings aimed at ensuring quality of service from Infiniti USA. It seems that they do this regularly with anyone they are concerned about giving them a poor rating. If you are unhappy with the dealer, and want to let corporate Infiniti know about it, you need to check the database. It is the only way for Infiniti USA to contact you. I found out when I went to a different dealer for service (we finally have a second dealer.)
hahahaha... thought i saw the words dealer quality control listed in your thread... as though something like that really exists.
my fav is a chevy dealer not too far from me that has iso 9000 labelled on the building.

This is somthing that, sadly, happens a lot with the shady dealers and it makes them look good. There really is no legal action you can take because this can be considered an "operator input error". However if the adress/phone # that they changed your info to is someone that works in or is affiliated with the dealership then there is a problem.
Now I wanna know why they did this. Usually its somthing pretty bad if they are gonna chenge info to avoid a survey.

hmmm that could be why I haven't received any survey regarding the Nissan dealer that I bought our Pathfinder from. Perhaps I should give Nissan corporate a call.

Last time I gave an Infiniti dealer a bad survey, they tagged me about it next time I went it. It wasn't anonymous (checked the box). Now I just pitch them. I'm not willing to get sh!tt!er service!

The surveys get sent out on 85% of the new car sales, 40% of the used car sales, 90% of the certified used car sales, 40% of the warranty work, 65% of the customer pay work, and 45% of the customer pay work if the car is older than 4 years or 60K miles.
Given that you just purchased the car they probobly didnt change your info, you just didnt get one.
