did the carribean blue grow on you?

I am not going to lie, when i first seen the carribean blue at the dealership, i thought it was hideous (no offense to u cb owners). In 04 i thought of it as not that bad, now in 05 i am actually really liking the color. It grew on me so much. If a person with a carribean blue would trade for my pearl white, i am pretty sure that i would do it. I am just very surprised that something can grow on me soo much over the past 3 years. For all of you cb owners, props to you for daring to b different. (If I offended anyone, I appologize in advance, this is my first thread I started, just got to see what other owners think)

CB rocks!!! I actually didn't like it at first but the wife insisted on getting it. By the 2nd week I was actually getting a lot of props from other women. Yes women sometimes they would come up to me and tell me that my car was hot and if they can get to ride in it. Mind you all this while the wife is with me inside the car. I dare not to say anything but just smile and say thanks. Even up to now just driving down the local starbucks people still give thumbs up not only for the car but also for the color. So yes the color has grown on me and I wouldn't think of getting any other color other than CB. In fact the only ones who doesn't like the CB color are other G owners. Ironic isn't it?

For some reason, girls like it. I went to choose color with 2 girls and they both liked that color.

Yeah CB is another one of those feminine colors that girls are attracted to. Stick with your guns and go with DG or black.

IMO, Caribbean Blue is the best color ever! I'm glad there aren't any in my area, or else I'd be dripping with envy!

I debated the color forever whey buying the car. Even while wainting for delivery kept thinking about changing it. Once I got the car I realized my fears were for nothing. Really stands out against all the other cars out there - how many silver cars do you see at every single light? Not flamming the silver owners - the color looks great, it's just that everyone else has it too. I get people telling me they love the color at lights all the time.

I wanted black at first, but glad I went woth CB. People always ask me if it's a custom paint job. It really catches a lot of attention too. Def a neck breaker. It's def rare, and a hooked up CB is even more rare.

Love it on the coupe, never liked it on the sedan.

I see one almost every day...belongs to a guy at the
local fire station.

I loved the CB as soon as I saw it. I knew I wanted a blue car, since my last two were white and red, but the CB is such a totally dif color of blue...it was a no-brainer for me. From the first thought of getting a G, i was thinking CB was the color for me. Now picking an interior color was a lil harder. I had a hard time narrowing that down to a choice. Unfurtunately they didn't offer the graphite in '03, but I probably would have wanted it. I went with the willow, which i was hessitant at first, but definitely love it.

BTW, does anybody have statistics on how many G35s (coupe) are produced or sold by color?
It would be very interesting to see.

I like the IP first and planned to get it. Later, I saw a CB when I visited my brother in LA. It really grow on me. I am glad I got CB and never regret my decision. It is a rare color and also cop magnet. Here is my pict recently taken.
