My PARKED G has been hit Twice in Two Months!!!!

I think my car is cursed by the car Gods...last month a delivery car nicked my front bumper, got it fixed under his insurance, then today during our weekly office meetings a patient is backing out of the parking lot and backed right into my G....so i run outside and there is a huge dent in the rear bumper....upon close examination the bumper is cracked in the folds of the dent...so i am going to get it replaced....

****ty thing is that it was an older patient, very nice man...he felt terrible for the whole thing and i felt worse for him then my car....

the good thing about it is that im going to take the rental out of town instead of adding miles to my car but the inconvenience is what annoys me the most....

some one cheer me up....or tell me what i have to sacrifice to the car gods to lift this curse....

i'll post pics tonight when i get home....

p.s. i just washed and waxed it yesterday....

Accidents happen, just try to safeguard it more. Park it elsewhere. =)

Sorry for the bad luck bro,,,, it happens. Try parking in a more exclusive spot, far away from the crowd.

Wow!!! That's crazy. One day we are going to be old and gray...the speed limit will be 100mph and people will pass us yelling "move old fart"!

Other than that do you live in a metropolitan area? Sounds like you park on the street!

Only suggestion is parking deck or park way way out.

Knock on wood but it has been 1 year 7 months and a whopping 48k miles no dings no scratches! Got to park on the moon!

Thanks for the kind words guys,

Actually i do have an exclusive parking spot and patients know not ot park there. But i guess **** happens...its got me wanting to take the bus to work now or get a beater....

im happy no one was hurt or anything but i just hate all the hassle involved with getting the repair done...

last time i was driving around in a camry...hopefully they give me a maxima or something....

p.s. now i've got a slightly damaged front and rear bumper, i guess i'm going to save them for a rainy day...

My last car got hit several times as well.

With the G, I park way out in the boonies and try to find an endspot. You have to walk further, but that is good for you and the G.

Just dont park your car in crazy positions to draw negative attention to it. If so, the accidents wont really be "accidents"

Clumsiness is everywhere. When you get your car with the shiny new bumper on, you will soon forget about it all. you'll be ok

sorry i dont have pics guys, but the damage is on the rear passenger side and right on the corner of the car, where the tailights end...the dent/dimple in the bumper is the size of half a basketball...i dont even know what the rear diffusers look like but will they have to to be replaced as well? is it all one piece or what? i also have splash guards which dont appear damaged but, do i need those replaced or are they just add on parts that can be transferred?

thanks guys
