I was driving yesterday from Philly to Long Island for work, and decided to bring the G up to LI. When I was on the 440, some idiot just cut right in front of me into the left hand lane, with absolutely no one in front of him in the right lane. Anyway I dropped into 5th and moved into the right lane to pass him. When I left out the clutch, to pass him, I press on my gas and the engine kept on revving, and I was not gaining any speed. I first thought I was not in gear, but when I when to push in the clutch, it was all the way on the floor. I kicked the clutch about 3 times before it finally came back up. I pulled off the next exit, parked and check to make sure the floor mat was not caught, and it was not.

Has anyone experienced this problem? I have called the dealer and they said to just bring it in to take a look at it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
