IMO The navi is the best part of the car. I wouldn't have bought the car without one. I use the distance to empty feature daily. Sometimes I use it to find restaurants, phone numbers, etc etc. It warns me of everything from opened trunk/doors, to changing the oil.

 

I'm glad I got mine... I'm used to the joystick even though I don't use it much... I think the best way to look at it is, you'll use it as much as you use Mapquest or a Thomas Guide... I use mine maybe once or twice a month... Before moding the lock out, I have to admit I didn't use it much... Compared to the Kenwood (friend has one) the stock Infiniti doesn't look as nice, but it sure works better... (More accurate) His thinks he is on a different street constantly which is more funny to us than anything else...
