about the 05 6mt with 300 miles on it, i would only pay invoice for it (at most)....but that's just me. with that many miles, it was either a demo/testdrive car or a customer return.

[QUOTE=S2020]Brembo is essentially for bling and track. If you're not into either, the Infiniti brakes work better. Personally, I would like to have the Brembos in my 05

QUOTE]

I've driven the '05s and the brakes don't compare to the Brembos- the Infiniti brakes are grabbier and not as easy to modulate.

The '05 OEM brakes are nowhere as grabby compared to previous years 5AT, not to mention that brake dust is virtually zero. I even know of a few people who have traded up to an 05 6MT from an 04 6MT, you'd wonder why but everyone has their own reasons. I don't blame you for wanting a manual

Here's the thing. Although, $31,000 is probably a fair price for an 04, I would never buy a used car for that price. For 3k more, I got a brand new 05. You may have some trouble selling the car, not because its priced too high, but because people have the same mentality as me.

Ya, thats why I am pretty sure I have decided to trade in the car. I might get a little less, but it is a whole lot easier. I am looking forward to the new car, and hopefully it doesnt sell before I am ready to buy it in the beginning of June.

I agree that I may have to pay invoice or less due to the miles. My dealer told me he drove it for a couple nights, so I am going to have to knock the price way down.

For us we say that and it is fairly easy.. but i do think that for some people 3k does make the difference.

I mean the line is drawn somewhere nad for some it may just be 3K.

I always wonder where i would draw the line though. I honestly do not know. But i would definately pay 3K more just for a new car as opposed to a used one. But then i would pay 3,001, 3,002, 3,0003.... 4,000, 4,001 etc. It would be difficult to discern where i would draw the line. I mean what if the cut off is 5K? What about 5,001 then? I guess it would be left up to availability and convenience to decide.

So far? no major changes dont see why they would change much, if any at all, consider they've just ADD 19 more horses this year already . Wheather its good deal or not? of course it isnt, you will always lose some money, but for what you get out of the car you really enjoys? it would not be so bad , I traded my 03 for 05 couple weeks ago for lil different reason, I pay less than last time(601 vs 570 now, mainly the lower rate) and I got lil bit of cash out of it (less down payment ) I figure since the G have such high resale vaule now, get rid of it now(if you are thinking about doing so), rather than wait couple of years down the road when there is gonna be floods of used G hitting the market(lease returns).

I went to two dealershipp to have my G apprised? first one just walk around the car and put his finger on the inside of the door where the tire sticker at and the hood where the wipers at, as to feel the paint, and he didnt even drive the car, second did almost same thing but took a short drive, from curb to the parking lot , some how I dont think they gonna notice the dynamat

Im hoping they dont notice it. I still might peel it off the top lid, because it makes the trunk lid heavier. My car has a couple scratches, one on the driver side door from someone opening their door into it, and one on the side of the back bumper from me being retarded and backing into the trash. I dont think that should bring down the value too much. It also has a brand new OEM bumber on it with less than 1000 miles on it, due to a tear from potholes on the original one.
