Vortech milage I get.

Well I have had it installed for over a week and just wanted to let other people who are interested in getting the kit, what would happen to the milage.
Before I would get 21.4 miles a gallon and that is during mixed city and highway driving to work and back, I do 600 miles a week.
After the install, I got 20.3 miles a gallon and that is with the same driving style I did before.
Of course with the sc installed you will def. want to push the car more than you did before but for a direct comparision with the same driving habits, I lost 1 mile per gallon.
Hope this helps any of you contemplating this route.

Enjoy

True, 1 mile is nothing and that is why I posted, I have seen threads where people worry about huge milage loss but the truth is there is not that much difference at all except you can have a whole lot of fun when you do have that extra needed power on tap....lol I raced a Sabaru wrx (turbo model)on friday on the way home and he thought he was going to trounce me....what a shock gave him when I pulled even and then passed.

You proably running pig rich. When I ran a base map for my Wrx Turbo upgrade my gas mileage went right down the shi..tter! Then I had it Dyno tuned, and looked at the base maps fuel curve through the UTEC ( wrx piggyback) and at some points I pulled 6 points of Fuel!!! Well sure enough I got better mileage and more power!!!! And yes I was still running safe levels, no knock in 90 deg. weather and 100% humidity in Sunny S. Florida!!!

That's great to hear. I'm debating whether to go with APS single turbo or Vortech... that is, of course, after a year or two when I have enough money saved up, and better kits might be available by that time(hopefully ).

off topic but I was wondering... does Vortech come with complete fuel system?

you're on it too much...I did a comparo of regular driving vs. being on it all the time and my mpg was right in line with urban's and g352nv on both sides of the spectrum.
