gear grinding for 05 AT???

its been a month since i got my AT G
it has 750 miles right now and recently i heard gear grinding (twice)
i put mine in garage and i dont drive it right away.
i wait about 2~3 minutes after i turn it on. (RPM around 1)
so i back up from my garage and i shift my gear from reverse to drive then...as soon as i step on the gas (gradually), it makes this (grinding?) sound for a second or two
anyone has any idea?

This is the ABS self check that occurs every time you go past 5 mph. You probably don't hear it every morning due to radio, not paying attention, etc... but it does occur. Check the owners manual

It still happens but I can only assume its normal.

It's the ABS/VDC doing it's self test. Happens every morning first thing after starting and driving off at about 5 mph. normal

Mine, I can feel something grind in the front when I step on the brakes after I start out slowly. Note that this is after pulling out from a 45 or 90 degree angle space. The grind doesn't feel good either and I can hear it pretty loud in the cabin. Is this also the ABS/VDC self checking? I don't feel/hear this everytime, just once in a while so I haven't brought it to the dealer to check because most likely the problem won't show itself.

^^ i have the same problem, i can hear/feel a grinding near the front brake. it started when the car had around 200 miles on it and i waited out till it hit around 3k miles so i can bring the car for first oil change. i ask the tech to check it out and they dusted off the brakes and told me not to worry, the brake pads arnt worn evenly because on the 05 they use a certrain heavy duty brake pad that takes a while to wear them down. he said to drive it a few days to see how it goes n if the problem still there bring it back. are they bsing me ? sounds like it cause after 2000+ miles of driving the pad imo should be warn pretty evenly already unless the pads they claim is that strong. im giving them a month , back to the dealer it is
