Hey,
IF you contact Fujitsubo, its only 60mm or 2 1/4" piping, does get little wider towards muffler at around 70mm. Same goes with Greddy evo, 60mm and gets a little wider towards end. APS has the largest piping 2.5".

You'll find plenty of threads about which exhaust is loud/quite, expensive/economical, etc etc. personally, if you are trying to do exhaust on a budget, I would recommend replacing the cats first, it is the most restrictive part of the stock exhaust and can be replaced for only a few hundred dollars.
