How to change the clearance bulbs...

I have searched all over the forum and I still cant find a DYI as to how to change the bulbs in the clearance strip. Does anyone have a guide, or could just tell me how to do it? I put PIAA LED bulbs in the clear corners and liscence plate and now I have some for the clearance strip...so could someone tell me how to do it?
