I miss the G forum!

Now that I've traded in the G for an Audi, I not only miss the car I also miss the message board! Not to make generalizations, but some Audi owners are dicks. Anyway, thought I'd say hi.

Jeff, how's the exhaust?

Haha, Good point Homie...

Nice to hear from you Ainsley, glad you haven't forgotten us. Does this mean sometime down the road that you'll be back in a G?????

Somebody called a dick? AT YOUR SERVICE!

Just because you don't have a G doesn't mean you can't hang out. Heck, some folks here don't have a G or a clue and it doesn't stop them.

Tell us about the Audi. Just read a good article on the new $78K RS4.

Thanks guys! I will visit often. I got a silver 2006 Audi A4. It's not as aggressive as the G, but it does have that German car driving quality. I went in to buy an S4, but the A4 w/ sport package is almost identical to the S4 minus the V8--and the A4 was $20k less! I decided the S4 is too much money for a car that they re-design every 2-3 years...

On the upside, my co-worker just got a new Black/Black Coupe 5AT! Ironically, her Audi lease was up and she wanted a G. We could have traded, but she wanted an automatic and was trading in a TT. I see her new G in the parking lot every day--it is a work of automotive art!

Have you thought about buying long distance or asking your local dealer to do a nation-wide search?

PM me what color and options you'd like, and I'll see if they have one here. At most it would be a couple hundred to have it delivered, and paperwork can be FedExed and faxed back and forth. Also, don't be afraid to insist on paying several hundred over invoice--there's no need to pay MSRP.
