the car is already on its way here, I dont know if I can do anything at this point. I'll def be calling them but I dont know how much good its gonna do.

You said the cars already paid off? If you can afford to pay 34 grand in one shot, why not toss an extra 4 and be the first owner of a brand new car? I don't want to get you down, but how do you know those aren't 3000 test driven miles of people beating on it.

Dude, A scratch on one wheel and the door handle and a few rock chips isn't an accident. Buying used has its disadvantages. I mean if you're this upset about it you should've bought brand new. We all have blimishes on our cars.
