Re: Service at Infiniti of Raleigh
Hey Claymann,
I live in Durham and purchased my 6MT from Infiniti of Raliegh back in March. I'll be honest, when I first walked on the lot I felt like I was being snubbed. I wasn't greeted for the longest time and the droll hanging from my mouth as I yearned for the coupe was more than apparent. But in fairness to the sales people, they were quite busy with more than a few people "window shopping" and jumping in and out of the demo.
Once they knew I was a serious buyer, they bent over backwards to accomodate me. This all started in Feb and they had 4 coupes on the lot, 3 were spoken for and 1 still had the plastic on. It was an auto and not my color. The Sales guy, Luby was his name--hard to forget, went back into the office and pulled a spec list on a vehicle that was everthing I wanted and would be arriving in March. It was too good to be true. The buyer that was looking at this car before me couldn't make the numbers work for himself, so I lept at it. For 6 weeks Luby was there the whole time for me. I was going to finance through other sources, but they insisted that I give them a chance to beat the interest rate. So I did and they beat it by 1.5 points! The Finance guy was so nice and everyone there gave me and my wife red carpet treatment the entire time.
I guess this is a long way to get around to telling you that I will certainly have the vehicle serviced there. I only have 3k miles on it so at this rate it might be a while before I take her in.
