They should address all your issues. The brembos do make noise, but they still should check them for you.
The other sqeaks and rattles shouldn't be hard to remedy.
The rough idle/noise after cold startup sounds like an exhaust pipe banging on something.

use Gummi Pfledge for your sunroof, it will last much longer than the 3m spray that the dealer uses.

Let me know what the cause of the startup rattle/vibration was. I went in for it once and they said I had rocks caught between my muffler and a shield. But the noise is still there! It's getting louder than ever now. It sounds like heatshields around the headers or cats.

I quite honestly can’t remember what it was, the noise was especially loud in morning when first starting, then it got worse and I was kind of embarrassed and took it to the dealer; at first they were giving be BS, but me insisting on that noise not being something you’d expect made them to do a deep research and correct problem. Just don’t give up and insist on them fixing it…

See my old posts about that problem, may be I explained what that was… can’t remember.

My experience:

1. Squeak/rattle from the sunroof - Lube it up. It's a design problem that's why they changed the sunroof seal on 05 models. Squeaks like crazy when the seal rubber gets dirty though.

2. Clicking noise from front drivers seat - Maybe it's the railing or the spring inside. My had this issue when I got my seat rail replaced. The noise went away after some time.

3. Severe vibration sound on cold engine start up - sounds like its coming from exhaust system - Describe the vibration/sound? Is it the exhaust gurgle or more like rattling parts?

4. Front brake squeak from Brembos on slow speed stops - Yeah, they do that. The dealership can clean it for you, but eventually the noise comes back.

My other issue - a clicking sound coming from the NAV screen, dealership won't fix it since the car is more than 1 year old now.

2. Isn't this noise coming from the front drivers seat mentioned in a TSB and the dealer should be able to fix it with the instructions provided within the TSB?

3. The sound on cold start up can be described as a resonating high frequency sound that appears to be coming from an exhaust component. It happens at certain rpm's. You can hear a fast vibration for a short while until the engine heats up. Very annoying and embarrassing. This problem is by far the worst.

Thanks

I know right... mine's got so much crap happen to it, I'm on my second, soon to be third transmission, the cd's won't come out before, everything rattles and a bunch of stuff squeaks, my tires wore out quick... and that's just the stuff that I tried to get the dealership to fix... as for the bastards who keyed my car, the stupid hurricane that put those branches in the street, the other bastards who kicked my car and the stupid sister that hit the stupid curb... I hate infiniti... but for some stupid reason this is my favorite all time car ... I think I'm gonna just trade up to an 05... *sighs*

So I went i to the dealership. They lubricated the sunroof seals, tightened down my driver seat, changed oil and filter, and most of all, removed rocks that were stuck between my exhaust and heat shield. Yeah, rocks. I was like, OKAY. But, the vibration/resonating on cold start ups is gone.

Im a happy camper......except for the sprayed lubricant that was oversprayed on my black leather (it did just wipe off with a damp rag).

So, check for rocks!!!!!!!
