I hate rock chips
My car is brand new ,and a rock it top of the hood and chip it
on the freeway
so clear bra did not not help

cynical - if you have it repainted at a good bodyshop, then you shouldn't have many issues w/ runs, debris, etc. You may get some of these here and there, but it should not be overly visible.
Live in Vegas and you will know what it's like to be surrounding nothing, but dirt and rocks. Construction everywhere, dust, dirt, and flying rock debris from those 18-wheelers.
I've had my car for close to two years now, and drive highways to and from work every day. My front bumper looks like it's been through a war!
I have THOUSANDS of chips on my bumper, and probably 20-30 on my hood. Some are so bad that that they are down to the raw aluminum! I appreciate my choice of colors more, as they are harder to see from afar. My buddy's blue R32 only has about a dozen chips, but you can see every single one from about 20 feet
If I decide to keep the car at the end of my lease (at $15K risidual, I can't see why I won't), I'll custom paint it and turn it into a weekend only car.
