Freedom of speech!!!
I would get white shoe polish and put on the windshield, "this is the wreck I bought at Competition Infiniti" Right on the front of the windshield. Then on the back write, "The worst customer service in town at Competition Infiniti" Park the car right in front of the joint and spend the day at the mall.
You gotta stick it to them the same way they did to you. Let me know if you need help, I'll pick you up and spend the day at the mall with you. I'm sure they will get the point & start fixing what needs to be right. You need help, I'll buy the polish, and I’m a few miles from them..... Let's dance man

the gm told you to get a lawyer? It's probably not the first time they are dealing with problems like yours. They probably have a lawyer being paid all the time to deal with these problems. Some f ucked up nissan place pulled something like this on me. I hate it when these dealers try to pull one on their customers. I hope you win.

I bought my '05 coupe at Competition too.. I went in there mid March to negotiate the deal which was $200 over invoice (the only reason why I went there). My car had to be ordered.. finally got it early May. During the wait, the internet manager I dealt with would never pick up my calls or get back to my messages. The only way he'd answer me is if I e-mailed him (and at that, ONLY if he had an answer to reply with). I'd also say their customer service is ****, but it really depends on which salesman you're working with. Two guys who were courteous and listened were Joe & Chris. I live on the border of Queens and Nassau so I'm going to take my car for service around here, probably Millennium or Atlantic. I'm sorry to hear such a horrible experience you had with them.. I felt the same when they made me wait for so long when the ETA was originally like 4/8.

So, is the car acceptible without the aero parts? (and a replacement glovebox?)
Yeah, those pics look like hell, you deserve much better than that. It looks like a lawnmower was pushed under your bumper, odd scratch to have there. The side aero is nasty. Maybe you can get your money back on that, toss those parts and have it done elsewhere. Dealers are notorious for sloppy aero installs.
