I feel your pain GSpot. I'm using a law group in Rocky Hill, CT called the Consumer Law Group. I'm even more of a sucker because I drove 3 1/2 hrs to buy a lemon.
Corporate knows, they just don't care. The dealerships are privately owned. I went through BBB and corporate and they were both dead ends.
It's too bad they run their company like sh*t. My family and I will never by a nissan or infiniti product again...

Diamondman, when you get this crap resolved, take a drive to Columbus OH and talk to Stan Williams for the best purchasing experience you can imagine. I can't rave enough about Infiniti of Columbus. I'm in Indiana and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Even found the car I wanted (in NC) and didnt charge me for the shipping. Top notch customer service!

If I were you, I would go to their showroom and create havok. Seriously. Start complaing very loudly and you will be taken very seriously. People will start leaving their showroom and money will be lost for them. I have done this with a toyota dealer that tried to shaft me almost like what is going on to you right now. Start yelling, (don't make any verbal threats or anything like that). Just claim that you want to be heard right away and taken seriously. Further that you won't be leaving until you recieve some kind of real compensation or trade in.
Might be tought cause you live so far. But I guess that's why they tried to shaft you in the first place.

Im sorry to hear about your horrible expirience. I must say I also bought my car from competition Infiniti in Smithtown but my expirience was not nearly as bad as your, actually it wasnt bad at all. Mayb this is because I bought a brand new 2006. For those who said they had to wait a long time...... I called up on Thursday, they told me the car would be there the exact way I wanted it, fully loaded on Friday night. Friday I decided to let them put on the alarm system and I had my car on Saturday Exactly the way I wanted, they even gave me the choice of which spoiler to put on 05 or 06. I also wanted to say that I ended getting a great deal and I am paying $110 less a month than any other dealer told me they can give it to me for 2 weeks after it came out. But I didn know somebody that was cousins with the owner... Dont know if that makes a bog difference for my .2
