Wait a few months and get an '06 or.. get the '05 on discount. I have nothing bad to say about the '04 though. I love mine!

Are you looking for the 6mt or the 5at? The '05 6mt has 18 more crank hp then the '04 6 mt. I purchased a '04.5 (December 2004) G35C for $4000 off MSRP, but I have a 5at.

doesnt sound like all that great of a deal to me. in july 04, i got my 04.5 for 34,500 with msrp of like 37,000+, maybe even into the 38's. would have to check the sticker for exact #'s.

if you like the color, options, etc... tho, i would say go for it if you want to save youself the 4K.

We got a 05 G35 (auto sedan though) 3 weeks after it was released for $3500 under MSRP. I think if you call around dealerships and bargain you can get a pretty good deal on 05 G35 as well. I would get the 05 if I were you.

I would find out how long the dealer has had the car in its stock. If the Dealer has sat on the car for a few months, then they have depreciated the car. I bought my 04 in March of this year. The Dealer had it for 6 months and the car still only had 36 miles on it. I purchase the car for 30,100 with a 100,000 warranty on it as well. Since the 06 will be out in a few months, the dealer will probably want to get rid of that 04 for even less. Be firm and low ball an offer. Make sure you speak with the sales manager, and not the sales person. You can get a better deal that way. Good luck
