it's not fair to other great sales people like the person who helped me.
He was and continues to be a true gentlemen and eager to do more

Either way, I still wasnt pleased with their overall service. It just seemed like my salesman, and the dealership too, didnt know what was going on at any point during my transaction. I mean they had no idea when my car was coming in, forgot I was trading my old car in, and then send me the check with incorrect amount. For someone spending almost 40 grand they should have done a better job.

haha oh I absolutely agree...they said the same thing to me when giving me the survey. I mean they're nice people but just when it came to organization they clearrrrrly need some work with that. Maybe hopefully they'll pay attention to the survey answers for once hah...
Just be thankful you didn't buy your car here in Cali.. it does get worse out here it seems. I went through three dealerships before one was at least the better of the three! Good luck!

Some dealerships seem to hire extremely incompetent employees. I am getting royally screwed over by Competition Infiniti in Smithtown, NY. Buyers beware...go somewhere else. Their service department couldn't screw in a light bulb! For details check out my thread...
