Wow I usually frequent this and m3forum.net and this has to be the biggest F_A_G ever. First you make your car absolutely hideous. People say blah blah it's a show car. Have you noticed everyone who has said this has extremely hideous cars? This makes me believe that show cars = no taste at all. People say oh yea it gathers attention. So does a Pontiac Aztec. Be aware of what KIND of attention your car gets. I don't want my car getting attention and have people saying wow that car is a POS and it's just absolutely distasteful and disgusting.

On top of all this you have to prove yourself to a bunch of dudes on a computer who are most likely not very cool either. Forum freaks are exactly that...forum freaks. They are computer nerds who happen to have cool cars. People need to post what they really think and quit their (IMHO, IMO, all opinions are valuable) bull****.

Be careful with your "generalizing". Some of 'us' forum freaks might take offense.

Nah, I have to admit i do agree with you...IMO...there are times where i see old cars from way back in the day fixed up with body kits and what not and were "show cars" and I used to think they were cool looking but as times have changed i look back and say "what the hell were they thinking?"

so i stopped reading this thread after the first 4 pages, then got bored at work and jumped back on to read more destruction of this sawdigger foo.

then i see this ridiculus shiet...i swear people hear use the term "rice" without even knowing what it means. First of all its an inherently racial term. Just as bad as someone saying *****. Shoot, if i see a lationo person driving a lowrider, i dont say that car is beaned out . Im asian myself, i know asian started this whole schene but i see a lot of non-asians driving "riced out" cars.

bottom line....i dont agree with his car, the kit is cool but the spinners are ridiculous and its all overkill....

1) I totally feel what you're saying about the loose terming of "rice" on cars...I was one of the few people (in my area) that had a fixed up Integra...back then people were like what's that?..yada yada yada....This was when there was only one import tuning shop in the city....As of now i've been seeing some fixed up mustangs with alteeza lights?!?!?! what's up with that?...Is that rice?...you tell me...

2) The use of ***** is a part of the slang language that everyone throws around...Ask yourself how many times have you said that to you and your other asian friends...Me i'm Filipino....so my homies call me a "Flip" (most of my friends are Viet, Chinese, and Japanese) and we refer to each other as my "******"...I mean it's not like we're gonna go around and say "wassup *****?" to each other...ya feel me?...My closest friend is African-American and he and i throw that around so often its not even funny...Now i know how it is in SoCal and NorCal b/c i have family there and some people don't talk slang or what not and are more sensitive to those terms so it's cool i know where you're coming from....

All i can say is don't sweat it...American society today has used both terms very loosely BUT....I DO NOT condone the use of those terms in a RACIAL manner at any time.....It's like if someone i know call me a "Phucking FLIP" be sure i'll knock them in the mouth.....but i think in this case it's a mere form of loose verbal expression.....Peace!
